Payments are processed securely through Waffo Pancake (primary) and Creem (alternative), our trusted PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Your Content: AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms.
Your Input License: You grant Calforge a limited, non-exclusive license to use your inputs solely for providing the Service. We will not use your inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it, especially for professional advice (medical, legal, financial).
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
You may not use the Service to:
AI-Specific Prohibitions: You may not use inputs, outputs, or model responses to train, fine-tune, or develop competing AI systems, or present AI-generated content as professional advice without disclosure.
If you believe a charge was in error, please contact billing@calforge.tech before contacting your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calforge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. If we terminate for reasons not your fault, we will pro-rate refund unused prepaid amounts. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@calforge.tech.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact legal@calforge.tech to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Calforge.
